About Motivation
Hello. I don't think I should justify myself... Most likely, I won't promise to write regularly anymore. Why bother? My thoughts don't come on a schedule, like an evening trolleybus heading home. Besides, my mood hasn't been writerly lately. By the way, why do you read me? I'd really like to know why my thoughts attract you.
Today, I want to talk about motivation. I've already written once about what motivation is and what a stimulus is. And today, I want to share how we ourselves can motivate people around us to do extraordinary deeds.
We create magical things together. Immersed in the flow of inspiration, we give birth to truly beautiful works, whether it's designing an application or a morning coffee cup. Some things we create without thoughts of their purpose, but sometimes extraordinary inspiration alone is not enough. That's when a person should appear by our side, who with their words, actions, or example will serve as motivation for us. If such a person is not nearby or chooses the path of groundless or abstract criticism, unfortunately, it will be very difficult to complete what was started.
At times, we fill ourselves only with expectations of results from another person, forgetting about our own humanity. Day after day, we want to see tangible progress; we only demand.
Actually, motivating people is not such an easy task. It can only be accomplished by those who have found motivation within themselves. Of course, it's easier for us to detach ourselves from our own problems and create a sense of urgency in others. But let's find the strength within ourselves to listen to each other and lead by example, showing how together we can achieve more.
